Delivery time:

After online payment is completed, we will handle your order. All shipping information sent to your product's fastest (0-24hours) will be sent to you via e-mail once the parcel is on the way. You will have in 7-15 working days for your product.

Refund / Return Policy
Return and a partial refund, 7 days (from the date of receipt of the product), we can not give a full refund, non-quality problems, such as:
1. "The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
2. "The product is not as I imagined."
3. "I am not satisfied with this product."
4. "I did not order, you sell the items were better than those before the realization of the design."

Cost breakdown:

1. When you send the product back to us, you will pay the shipping costs.

If you are asked to return, because the items purchased these reasons, you need to return the product to us in their original packaging. When we receive the products sent back intact, we will ask for confirmation, after full treatment, the right to return your refund.

Forex Strategy

Non-quality problems, 7 days (from the date you receive the product), we accept the exchange, such as:

Items sent in for replacement, please transfer shipping surcharge from our hesitate replacement project. Once the payment is completed, we will replace the item and send it to you.

Quality problems within 15 days (from the date you receive our products), we accept the exchange, such as:

1. If you find the product quality problems, it is defective (human factors).
